GDBspace is a big data startup providing pharmaceutical, chemical, and material science companies with a database of over 166 billion molecule visualizations that enable faster discovery of new medications and chemicals.
We faced the challenge of efficiently displaying their extensive molecule database on a browser-based visual map. With billions of molecules to consider, speed and seamless browsing were critical in order to optimize the database and create a user-friendly browsing platform.
We implemented an intuitive search and filtering functionality, as well as advanced algorithms and cutting-edge technologies to streamline the visualization process, improving speed and performance with parallel processing and intelligent data caching.
The Results
The optimized visual map yielded remarkable results. Researchers effortlessly explored the vast molecule database, visualizing structures and uncovering new combinations.
Intuitive exploration deepened the understanding of molecular relationships, driving drug discovery and material science research to new heights.
User engagement soared, enhancing satisfaction and pushing the boundaries of molecule exploration.
